Principle of heat pipe
First, draw out the air of the sealed tube to vacuum.
Then fill some working fluid to the tube.
The working fluid is heated at the bottom.
It evaporates when it absorbs heat.
For the sake of pressure difference, it rises up to the top of tube.
It condenses when meets the cold tube wall, and it releases the latent heat at the same time.
The condensed liquid drops down to the hot side for gravity. It rises again when heated.
So the heat is transferred from one side to another side continuously.

Characteristics of heat pipe
High thermal conductivity
Heat transfer coefficient of cold side and hot side can be strengthened by spiral fins.
This overcomes the weakness of the low heat transfer coefficient of gas.
The speed of heat transfer coefficient of the heat pipe is of several times of a copper stick of same size. Because of the hot side and cold size are all in one tube, the temperature drop is very small, the speed of heat transfer is very high.

Working principle

The wet air enter into the heating area from the bottom of the equipment.

After the bottom of hot pipe absorb the heat, and the working medium in the hot pipe will be evaporated, and absorb Evaporated heat from the wet air . after evaporation , the steam will go up to the top of the hot air , meanwhile , it can be pre-condensed ,and release the potential heat to the hot air radiating area . and the condense will back return by the gravity heavy , and continuously receive heat , and repeat delivering the heat from the heating area to the heat radiating area,and heat the fresh for waste heat recovery .
